If you’re not receiving notifications for your parcels, then here’s what we recommend you do.
Check your spam folder to see if your emails are ending up there. If they are, then click on the email and you should be given the option to highlight Doddle as ‘not spam’.
Check your accounts page here to see if you have collections waiting. If you do, then please check that your email address is correct.
If you’re still having trouble receiving notifications, please contact us using the form here and provide us with your order / tracking number so that we can look into it for you.
